It’s all about you!
As a coach, I will ask you the right questions to help you discover your uniqueness and find the truest expression of yourself. Coaching is not advice-giving or therapy. You instinctively know what’s best for yourself, and I will guide you to overcome the obstacles and identify the strengths that will help you move forward.
I work with college students, recent graduates, and professionals in higher education to manage change, transition, growth, loss, work-life balance, and other challenges in order to achieve their full potential.
I can help you create a vision of your ideal day at school, work, home, or beyond! I will help you develop steps to take you closer to living your ideal life. And, I can help you explore limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from achieving your full potential.
I have successfully navigated my career in higher education through many personal and professional transitions – earning my Ph.D., becoming a mother, and getting divorced, as well as major organizational changes – and I can help you through your journey to discover your gifts and find your own solutions.
I believe in living authentically – our actions and words must be aligned with our beliefs and values.
I believe creative expression, connection to nature, and the mind-body connection are essential to being our true and authentic selves.
I believe we are stronger than we think we are.
I believe there are always better days ahead.
I believe we are all one choice away from a completely different life.
I believe there are no mistakes.
I believe we can always start again.
I look forward to helping you create your best life!
